I’ve been meaning to cut down the length of these posts. I figure if you’re getting four a week, they could come in around 500 or 600 words and be a nice nugget of reading for you when they hit. But this week, each and every one of them spiraled out of control, and I’m sure a lot of you skipped some or all of them to save for later.
So today I’m lobbing in a short piece to give you (and myself) a chance to catch up. I have a rummage sale to hit today, yesterday’s haul of Christian music to process, and a bonus box of VHS gospel concert tapes the guy threw in for free. [Are they gonna be worth putting online and listing at all, for any price? Initial reports indicate no! Will I do it anyway? I might!]
And the big haul of rare TI 99/4A games came in from the UK, so after some major cleanup work at the Texas Instruments station in the War Room last night, I’m ready to start checking those out.
I couldn’t pass up one as soon as I opened the box, though. The rest of the games all display who made them, and when, and have a company address… but not
