Everyone’s got that “new year, new me” spirit right now, on top of social media’s usual vibe of people putting the best and bravest face on things.  When there are problems, they’re mentioned passive-aggressively, usually vaguely, another nebulous obstacle or featureless hater to hip-check as you pinball off to bigger and better things.
