My barber thinks I should open a store.

He’s in a plaza that’s seen its share of ups and downs, but is currently doing pretty well, and is mostly occupied.  It’s a high traffic area, and he’s got more space than he needs in his shop, but his spot is visible and well-appointed, and it’d be a hassle to downsize.  He’s always looking for new neighbors.
