Willow Series Isn't Cancelled And Volume II Is Planned, Says Creator Jon  Kasdan | TV Series | Empire

I’m not sure if anyone younger than me remembers the movie They Live for anything but its “evil hiding in plain sight” imagery, but there’s a ludicrous, iconic scene where Roddy Piper’s character fights Keith David’s character for what seems like half an hour, all because Roddy wants him to put on the sunglasses that reveal the aliens in our midst, and Keith doesn’t want to.  They film half a damn pay-per-view in an alley before Keith finally goes “fine okay I’ll look,” and is instantly won over by what he sees.

I finished watching the first and only season of Willow, the show my nephew has been insisting I watch.  He knew I was down to the season finale and had texted me twice asking what I thought of it.  I replied first thing this morning, not at 4am when I finished the episode, but I feel like if I had texted him that early, he’d have sprung from bed to reply.
